L’ambiente e l’urbanistica

Delicati temi come l’ambiente e l’urbanistica richiedono una cura ed una attenzione specifica, come ad esempio la definizione di regole chiare ed uguali per tutti, senza burocrazia e senza il bisogno di “colloqui personali con l’assessore di turno”.
La nostra è la politica del costruire dove già c’è, cioè migliorare ciò che già esiste contro una politica di cementificazione selvaggia a vantaggio di pochi, e che mira ad occupare gli spazi vuoti: i parcheggi pubblici (vedi piscina), i parchi pubblici (vedi giardini dell’Alba), piazze (vedi le torri in piazza Unità)
Progettazione urbanistica
La progettazione urbanistica sarà regolata da gare d’appalto e da concorsi nel segno della trasparenza, con commissioni qualificate che tutelino la Riccione del bello.
Soprattutto nelle scelte sarà coinvolta la cittadinanza, interpellata attraverso i consigli di quartiere.
Corridoio verde
Realizzeremo un ampio corridoio ciclo-pedonabile attrezzato e senza soluzioni di continuità che ponga in collegamento la marina -il porto, i lungomari, il Marano, le Terme- con l’area della Fornace, il parco della Resistenza, il parco Cicchetti, gli impianti sportivi ed i parchi fluviali.
Il porto – il luogo custode della tradizione
In coerenza con le caratteristiche della nostra portualità, vela e piccola nautica, il nuovo piano del porto dovrà valorizzare la nostra tradizione, senza pregiudicarsi le innovazioni possibili, sino a spingersi a pensare nuovi specchi d’acqua che potrebbero trovare spazio anche a monte del ponte di via dei Mille. La progettualità dovrà essere completa ed omogenea, mettendo a tema tutte le problematiche ora irrisolte (capitaneria, pescheria, esercizi pubblici, attraversamento del canale etc..) puntando alla riappropriazione del luogo da parte di tutti i cittadini anche nel periodo invernale con progetti coraggiosi ed innovativi, come ad esempio, “la vela d’inverno”.
Ma la vera sfida che vogliamo affrontare è la realizzazione della darsena di levante, senza slittamenti di zone, ma con spostamenti nella zona centrale antistante piazzale Roma. Questa operazione è destinata far fare un decisivo salto di qualità al nostro settore nautico, ed è destinata soprattutto a dare una radicale e vera nuova immagine al nostro porto ed in generale al nostro turismo.
Quartieri
I consigli di quartiere organizzati su base volontaria gestiranno piccole somme per l’individuazione e l’esecuzione di piccoli interventi di manutenzioni ordinaria: dove già sono presenti, saranno ristrutturati ed attrezzati allo scopo i centri di quartiere, e ove mancassero ne saranno costruiti di nuovi.
Valorizzazione del patrimonio storico e culturale
Nei nostri piani sono previste anche attività di valorizzazione e riqualificazione del nostro patrimonio storico culturale, attraverso la conservazione e la rifunzionalizzazione delle strutture architettoniche, dalle colonie (ad esempio la colonia “Enel”) sino alle ville (non ultima la villa Manfroni).
In quest’ottica saranno favorite le riconversioni in ricettivo nella tipologia della residenza d’epoca, così come prevista dall’ultima legge regionale sul turismo.
