Il controllo del territorio
Di grande attualità, il problema della sicurezza è particolarmente sentito nella nostra città.
Per garantire la sicurezza dei nostri concittadini, provvederemo ad introdurre, su tutto il territorio del comune, la figura del vigile di quartiere, affinché esista un pubblico ufficiale di riferimento con funzioni di prevenzione e di deterrenza, in ogni zona della città.
Per il monitoraggio dei punti più sensibili e a rischio di Riccione è nostra intenzione installare un sistema di telecamere collegate direttamente con le sedi delle forze dell’ordine.
Riteniamo opportuno combattere con ogni mezzo l’abusivismo commerciale,sempre più diffuso sul nostro territorio con grave danno per le attività commerciali della città.
Per questo motivo siamo convinti che sia necessario anzitutto che le forze dell’ordine provvedano a pattugliare con continuità le aree su cui tale commercio illegale si svolge (ad esempio la spiaggia o i viali del centro) sequestrando la merce illegale. Siamo consapevoli che questi interventi non sono sufficienti se non si interviene direttamente alla fonte, sanzionando i “mandanti” dell’azione illecita.
Saranno promosse azioni sinergiche fra tutte le forze dell’ordine, per rintracciare e colpire chi rifornisce i venditori ambulanti abusivi e i depositi ove il materiale illegale è stoccato e smistato.
E’ ovvio che per raggiungere risultati tangibili nella lotta alla criminalità (in particolare alla microcriminalità che è di giorno in giorno sempre più diffusa), nella prevenzione e repressione degli atti vandalici, contro l’abusivismo commerciale e nel controllo delle aree più a rischio (come ad esempio possono essere quelle più marginali piuttosto che quelle in cui si concentrano i locali notturni), occorre potenziare l’organico del personale delle forze dell’ordine. Per questo intendiamo in primo luogo potenziare l’organico della Polizia Municipale e qualificarne l’azione con specifica preparazione, affinché gli agenti del Corpo in questione possano essere impiegati anche nell’azione di presidio del nostro territorio e di tutela della sicurezza dei Riccionesi. In secondo luogo, occorre impegnarsi per quanto possibile al fine di ottenere l’insediamento di un commissariato di polizia permanente a Riccione, o perlomeno il potenziamento del numero di personale presso la locale stazione dei Carabinieri. Si può inoltre valutare, laddove ritenuto opportuno, di usufruire in convenzione di un servizio di vigilanza con lo scopo di integrare e completare l’opera di prevenzione e di deterrenza nelle zone più sensibili e bisognose di maggiore sorveglianza.

Appoggeremo in ogni forma il Movimento per la Regione Romagna e garantiamo l’impegno per il raggiungimento dell’obiettivo.
La Romagna, terra di enormi ricchezze ambientali ed artistiche, reclama una propria identità regionale per una maggiore emancipazione socio-culturale ed economica. La Romagna, legata ad un sistema regionale in cui non trova le giuste tutele e la necessaria sensibilità per le proprie problematiche, è attualmente sprovvista di capacità decisionale per salvaguardare il proprio patrimonio turistico e storico.
La questione ha anche quindi forti valenze economiche, come purtroppo testimoniano le vicende dell’aeroporto, delle grandi vie di comunicazione, delle Fiere, l’imposizione di Hera e del TRC.
